• Android - See Q: Which versions of Android do you support?
  • Network
    • Wi-Fi - to connect to (free) Wi-Fi networks.
    • and/or 2G/3G mobile data - to send email reports/alerts via a cellular network.
  • Bluetooth - required for the Quatropus2 accessory (but not the Quatropus1).
  • USB - all Android phones should have a standard USB micro-B connector.

Optional (but very useful):

  • GPS - to track the location of the remote phone.
  • Camera - low-cost Android phones don't usually have great cameras, but they're still very useful (especially with auto-focus and/or LED flash).
